The Douglas Halloween Parade for Adults is administered by Hystopolis Productions, a 501 (c) (3) not for profit corporation licensed to operate in the states of Illinois and Michigan.

The parade is not a revenue generating event. We rely on our sponsors and donors to make the event possible with their generosity and support.

We strive to lift up local businesses with a fun and exciting event that brings people to town and sends them home with something to talk about and a reason to come back.

Parade organizers are not compensated for managing this event.
