Title Sponsor

  • Thank you Banner: Your name will be on a 3' x 8' banner that will be placed just slightly behind the Pumpkin King parade mascot, for optimum social media exposure. Get a group together to really WOW parade goers or we will have volunteers carry it for you. 

  • Private VIP Seating Section:  Enjoy the best view of the parade from the comfort of a private living room for 10, furnished and designed by the amazing Kim Neuens Design & Interior, while you nosh on delicious appetizers provided by Everyday People Cafe (included). Drink service will be available from EPC, but will not be included due to legal restrictions. 

  • VIP Parking Spot:  We'll reserve a spot with your name on it right near lineup! 

  • VIP Lineup Passes:  10 free passes to the VIP lineup area, that will lineup at 9:30 pm on Mixer and go first behind the Pumpkin King. 

  • VIP Thank You Announcement:  Our DJ Eddie will make an announcement thanking you for being our title sponsor before the parade starts. 

  • Booth in Beery Field:  You may setup a 10' x 20' tent or booth on the basketball court to promote or sell your products or services from 6pm to 12am.

  • Website:  You'll get a dedicated space on our home page for the year to promote your linked business listing and your ad graphic and link can be updated throughout the year. You'll also be listed on the 2024 Sponsor page indefinitely and in the footer of each page. 

  • Social Media:  At least 3 dedicated posts across our various social media platforms and recognition in our marketing videos. 

  • T-Shirt:  Your name will be on the back of the official parade t-shirt in a larger font size at the top. 

  • Tote Bags:  Your name will be on the canvas tote bags. 

  • Participant Marketing:  You will be permitted up to 4 individuals who can market directly to the audience from the parade route prior to the event. 

  • Logo on Rubbish Containers:  This year we will have 20 disposable cardboard trash cans all along the route with your logo and a big shout out prominently placed. 

  • Yard Sign:  Pumpkin King laser cut sponsor sign for in front of your business. 

  • Window Cling: ​ You'll receive a window cling to show patrons you support the Douglas Halloween Parade.

Diamond Sponsor Perks

Diamond Sponsor

  • Sign in Parade:  You will get a large laser cut Pumpkin King sponsor sign with your name or logo on it that will be carried within the first 100 participants. 

  • VIP Lineup Passes:  4 free passes to the VIP lineup area, that will lineup at 9:30 pm on Mixer. 

  • Booth in Beery Field:  You may setup a 10' x 10' tent or booth on the basketball court to promote or sell your products or services from 6pm to 12am. 

  • Participant Marketing:  You will be permitted up to 2 individuals who can market directly to the audience from the parade route prior to the event. 

  • Website:  You'll get a linked logo in the footer of each page of the website and you'll be featured prominently on the 2024 Sponsor page indefinitely. 

  • Social Media:  At least 1 dedicated post across our various social media platforms and recognition in our marketing videos.
